Land Only Packages
The site contains pricing and availability which are correct at the date of publication and are subject to change without notice. A Walker sales consultant should be contacted to confirm pricing and availability of land.
Purchasers must source their own builder and are responsible for ensuring that the house is compatible with, and constructed in compliance with, all applicable laws, dealings on title, and statutory requirements, including authority approvals. Any approval required from a relevant authority including (but not limited to) council must be obtained by the purchaser.
House and Land Packages
House and land packages consist of specified land and a house which is sold separately. Walker is the seller of, and is responsible for, the sale of the land only.
A purchaser of a house and land package will need to enter into a land contract with Walker and a separate contract with the relevant builder for the construction of the house. Builders are not subsidiaries or related entities of Walker.
Walker makes no representations and gives no warranties:
> that the house will be constructed with the same plans and specifications, standard of workmanship or quality of materials as were used for the construction of any display home or previous homes constructed by the builder, or used for any promotional material by Walker or the builder;
> in relation to the builder’s fitness and/or suitability;
> about any promotional offers or incentives which may be offered by a builder; and
> in relation to the builder’s ability or capacity to enter into and perform a building contract in accordance with its terms.
Walker will not be deemed liable for any loss, damage, or other claims whatsoever arising out of or in connection with the builder, the building contract, construction work or any other associated matters.
Pricing and availability on the land are correct as at the date of publication but are indicative and subject to change without notice. Purchasers should make their own enquiries and satisfy themselves as to whether the information, pricing, images and/or descriptions provided by Walker in relation to the land, and the builder in relation to the house, is current and correct. Purchasers should seek legal and financial advice before entering into any contract for the purchase of land from Walker and any building contract with any builder. If variations are required to an advertised house, it is possible that these variations will increase the cost of construction.
Purchasers are responsible for ensuring that the house is compatible with, and constructed in compliance with, all applicable laws, dealings on title, and statutory requirements including authority approvals. Any approval required from a relevant authority including (but not limited to) council must be obtained by the purchaser.
