Maitland Junior Rugby Club

Maitland Junior Rugby Union Club ranks among the top five junior clubs in country NSW and is the Hunter's largest, fielding over 580 junior players across 38 teams in 2023. They have won numerous Premierships and the 2023 Club Championship, making them the most successful junior club in Hunter Junior Rugby Union history. 

The club is open to girls and boys aged 5 to 18 and offers a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for young athletes to learn and develop their rugby skills. It has teams from Under 8 through to Under 18, including girls-only teams in the under 14 and under 16 age groups.

The club helps players develop their rugby skills and embodies the game's values, such as teamwork, sportsmanship, and respect.
