Walker is excited to announce that Wallis Creek has received Development Approval (DA) for 322 new residential lots, a dedicated dog park and a new community park.
We are also proud to dedicate 23 hectares of land to Maitland City Council for the protection and preservation of the surrounding natural landscape. This major commitment ensures our current and future generations can enjoy living surrounded by greenery while preserving the natural landscape and wildlife corridors in line with Council’s 2030 Environmental Sustainability Strategy.
Wallis Creek is already home to an established community of over 1,000 families which is set to grow following sell-out land releases.
Adam Buchanan and Megan Lye said they are loving being part of the Wallis Creek community.
“We’ve loved making friends in the area and being so close to Newcastle, the beautiful beaches of Port Stephens, the Maitland town centre and the incredible Hunter Valley vineyards just 30 minutes away."
